STONE BEERS OF SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA IS GOING TO BE DISTRIBUTED IN ILLINOIS IN APRIL 2010!
The highly anticipated Stone Beer release is here! This is one of the biggest beer releases our state has ever seen. Durty Nellie’s is one of the few select bars chosen by Stone to host a party for their very important Chicago area release.
There will be 8 different Stone draft beers which will include some of their rarities. We are not at liberty to mention all of the beers that will be available, but you can certainly count on their very popular Arrogant Bastard, Stone Ruination IPA and Stone IPA.
· The party goes all day Saturday, when all eight kegs (including the rare ones) will be tapped.
· Stone CEO and co-founder Greg Koch (the Arrogant Bastard himself) will be here with Stone’s Head Brewer Mitch Steele from 3-5pm to “meet and greet” customers and talk about their beers.
· Some very cool Stone glassware will be on sale.Stone is consistently rated as one of the best microbreweries in the world by the two largest beer enthusiast website, RateBeer.com and BeerAdvocate.com.
The brewery has played a huge role in developing the West Coast style of IPAs, and having this style associated with their home city of San Diego (Escondido, California)
